Dungeon Expressions guarantees all its steel and leather products both mechanically and in workmanship if treated properly after purchase.  That is to say that assuming you have followed all directions included with your product, Dungeon Expression guarantees they will repair any broken welds (on powdercoated products) or broken/separated rivets (if leather.) Dungeon Expressions' products are for recreational BDSM use only and are sold with the intention that they will be used to support the no more than the weight of the person for whom they were designed..

All warranty considerations will be given according to conditions listed below:

1. Only powder coated steel welds will be warranteed by Dungeon Expressions.
2. Items broken by exceeding recommended weight limitations will not fall under the bounds of our warranties. 
3. Dungeon Expressions will not absorb the return cost of shipping on broken items older than 14 Days.
